My name is Susan Bresky, and I am an Occupational Therapist with more than 25 years of professional experience. For over two decades, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals recovering from traumatic brain injury. My extensive background in occupational therapy and brain injury rehabilitation allows me to provide highly individualized, skilled care tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
Through cognitive rehabilitation, I help clients strengthen cognitive abilities and executive functioning skills to improve independence, enhance daily living skills, and support a successful return to meaningful roles and activities. My goal is to empower individuals to regain confidence and achieve the highest level of functioning possible following injury. I am also a Certified Brain Injury Specialist.
More recently, I have expanded on my love of helping people better manage their executive functions by providing ADHD and Executive Function Coaching, combining my passion for helping individuals build stronger executive functioning skills with evidence-based coaching strategies. I work with individuals diagnosed with ADHD, as well as those experiencing ADHD-like challenges, to develop practical systems and strategies that support greater organization, focus, productivity, and overall well-being.
I hold the ADHD-RSP credential, recognizing me as a Certified Professional Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Rehabilitation Services Provider. In addition to extensive experience coaching clients with ADHD, I have completed advanced training in evidence-based treatment approaches to maximize my effectiveness as both a therapist and coach.
I am currently a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), International Coaching Federation (ICF), Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA), and Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (CHADD).
