What I offer
Regular coaching sessions and check-ins are an important part of the coaching process. Sessions are typically held on a weekly basis, and I offer coaching in person, online, or by phone to best meet each client’s needs and preferences. Between sessions, clients may initiate check-ins through email or text message to share progress, ask questions, or discuss concerns that arise along the way.
Before beginning coaching, we will meet for an initial consultation to discuss the client’s goals, needs, and expectations, as well as the coaching process, fees, payment policies, and the anticipated length of the coaching relationship. Please note that coaching services are often not covered by traditional health insurance plans.
The first coaching session is generally a more in-depth meeting lasting approximately 1–2 hours. This session provides an opportunity to explore areas of concern, identify strengths and challenges, and establish meaningful long-term goals that will guide future coaching sessions.
Ongoing coaching sessions typically last 45–60 minutes. Each session is designed to review progress toward previously established goals, reflect on factors that may be supporting or interfering with progress, and identify current priorities and challenges. Together, we will develop practical, step-by-step strategies to help you move forward, strengthen executive functioning skills, and achieve your personal goals with greater confidence and consistency.
